Hello. My Name Is…

Hi there! Nice to meet you!

First, I would like to thank the creators and staff of Virily for all their work making this opportunity possible.

I’m guessing you already see my byline, so, there’s no need to say my name here. I’m just new to Virily and I’m hoping a few of you might just pop in and say hello, too.

There is a distinct possibility you might remember me as someone known for being unpleasant.

Well, if you were fighting what I was at the time and had the same distractions, you might seem unpleasant, too.

Anyway, I’m a new man, now and things are better and better, every single day.

My topics will tend to be more centered around books, music and art of all sorts. Occasionally, I might share something about my spirituality. If it doesn’t speak to you, feel free to ignore me.

Your loss.

I just won’t be told what I am to believe, either. Just like you.

There might also be the occasional political post, too. Just know that I see EVERYONE in government as a jackwagon and belong to the rarest of parties, that of the Individual.

Just, let’s not fight, unless you just feel like it.

Otherwise, let’s just have some fun.

I have stories. Do I ever.

And knowledge.

  1. Welcome, Don. Curious to see what you will post here. I don’t hang out much on Facebook. They’ve gone too far with the new option to wave at people so they can wave back so FB can notify you that you have waved at each other. Something to keep people thinking they are communicating when they really aren’t. Also a great time waster, since it seems everyone wants to wave at me. I don’t even recognize some of them.

    • I tire of fakebook too. The only reason I’m on there at all is because I care about the people I have connected with.

I want to get them all to come here or at least on a platform where free speech is encouraged.

          • I rarely post any links on my Facebook timeline unless I really think it’s something my friends in real life will care about. Our groups are for discussing a topic of common interest or helping each other with understanding how different sites work, sharing links with each other who post on the same site, and working for a common cause. Example: I’m a contributor to Review This!, a product review blog. Each contributor posts on a certain day of the week either every week or every other week. I share Wednesday with another member. We have a secret group that discusses blog business and works together to promote our blog. Going there is like going to work. We aren’t spamming anyone.

  2. I remember you from some other writing site if I am not mistaken. Did you write on Niume or some other site? Welcome to Virily!!

    • Thank you. Well, I’ll try to behave but I will also speak the truth as I see it on some topics, even if it gets me banished. Your tone reads as if you are very controlling.

    • Hi there, young lady. Tsu was a big letdown, huh. So many sites are. But a fairly reasonable friend signed up with virily – and I tried to get her referral link but…crickets – so I joined too.

      Seems nice so far.

  3. I have to say you LOOK familiar, & I’m kinda wondering if your
someone I know from another site? & if so what sites are you on?
but I will say welcome aboard, we ALL have stories to tell
about something it’s just HOW we tell them that makes it exciting to read.

    • Hi there EasyMoney.

Yep, we all got stories to tell. Mine involve a fearless young man who lived for many years under multiple curses, who roamed all over, trying to find the key to his freedom and only, finally found it after coming nigh unto his own death.

Only after he proved his dedication, did the Gods see fit to free him.
