Yesterday I simply got lost, off track, and completed nearly nothing. I cannot have another wasted and depressing day like that. I need a plan that some things I enjoy, some things that need to be completed and some things that will simply bring joy into my world.
So, I am going to start by announcing my first thought of the day I used this morning. “Conquer they day with creativity, persistence, kindness and joy. How am I going to do that?
Today the focus is on what gets completed. It’s the reverse of a to list. It’s a got it done list. It focuses on all the things you accomplished instead of all the overwhelming things that need to be done. I try and do it at least three times a month to pull back things into perspective.
