Frozen canals Amsterdam, Netherlands …
In March 2018, extreme cold, which was then hit and swept the whole of Europe have led to an unexpected event: parts of Amsterdam canals were frozen, allowing the locals skating on roads that had previously been water. For the first time in about six years, part of the Prinsengracht and Keizersgracht canals froze sufficiently enough to support the weight of dozens of visitors, locals and slider.
That is a wonderful thing for everyone to skate on the canals. It looks just amazing
I have taken a ride on it when it was not frozen. It looks pretty when forzen.
