I AM THE VOICE

for the EARTH

FOR POEMS

that give Birth

to WINDS gentle

waters soft

& SONGS

that carry us ALOFT

to angels whispering

will man make it OFF

his EXILE

ADAM COME BACK

Long gone a While

Earth is a Child

child of free will & PRIDE

peace as a BRIDE

LEST time go Astray

and angels fly Away

Adam named beasts

and fishes of Oceans

and storms and Eagles

in Motions

And then he took

the wild creature called Man

and taught him

and brought him

wise books from

ancient lands

and taught him to Stand

for good and for good ways

to rule many a Land

and poets and shepherds

and taught them to guide

sheep and pasture

and walls tall and Wide

and Kingdoms that rose

in riches and Pride
I am the voice

the bard

and teller of Tales

Adam we need you

in mountains and Dells.
Earth is a child

never easy to Rule

Adam please bring Eve

and take us to School
Earth is so lovely

swing your Rod

over river and Sod

and in kindness be Mild
