The photo was taken at the Anderson Japanese Gardens in Rockford, Illinois.

The photo was taken with a Panasonic DMC-FZ50 camera. I used Luminar 2018 to apply the ‘Dreaming’ filter and supplement it with the Accent, Foliage Enhancer and Denoise filters and then decreased the exposure a bit.
