I feel a darkness approaching. I am tired so rest, sounds like a good option. I am sore, so releasing the pain sounds delightful. I am a bit lost in my own dark thoughts. Some say you can never be truly happy until you have felt despair and sadness. Does anyone really know what true happiness is and is it the same for everyone? Are thoughts like these comforting, dangerous, normal and common?
