Danube

The Danube is the river with the most names for its “multinational” and “multiistorijske” membership, the Danube, the river that many nations are called differently. Thracians called it Istros and Scythians Mataos. Veli ancient Romans gave him the name Danister and Danubius, a Dunavius Greeks. In Nmeačkoj and Austria is still known as Donau, a French call it Le Danib. Flows through Budapest named Duna, and in Romania is known as Dunarea. The Turks called Tuna, Russians and Slovaks in Vienna, and we Bulgarians call it the Danube.
