This is a photo Daniela cord ice cave carved below Mutinovski volcano in Kamchatka, Russia. Specifically, the ice melted and the water flows through the rock, but the remaining upper layer, which is sufficiently thin that light penetrates through it and thus creates this remarkable phenomenon.
