Choices for Sunday February 24 -Day 55

So here are my choices for today. I am taking charge for this one day with purpose and though. Today is truly going to be MY day. I am going to speak from my heart and do what I feel must be done. It may not be an any easy day for everyone here in my home. It will be interesting.

#1 Smile intentionally on the hour

I need to be happy and that is something that has to come from within, because I am not getting it from outside sources.

It's been a long time since I just stopped in the middle of the day and took a nap. If I happen to get worn out today I am going to do that.

I need to do some training for work today. I am going to have to get it done. It's something that I have been putting off. I am not certain why I do that. The logical thing would be to just to get it completed.
