sinceA Babson Park Florida crossing guard named Patty Polley  is being rewarded by her bosses at the Polk County Sheriff’s Office (PCSO) after Patty who was hired to work as a crossing guard at the Babson Park Elementary School to make ends meet for showing kindness to the students who cross the street to get to their classroom safe and sound.

Patty was as a crossing guard at the Babson Elementary School since is a 68 year old grandmother who has experience in taking care of young children by making sure that the students are taken care of while they are on school grounds.

Patty admits that she does not feel that her job a crossing guard is a chore. She looks at it is an adventure of life to meet and greet students who appreciate the kind deeds that she has done like when the winter period comes, some students do not have mittens to keep their hands warm.

Patty does this favor by going to her home and making mittens to be given to the needy students when she meets them again in the next time she sees them.

Even though being a school crossing guard is not what we shall say, a glamorous with a huge salary, Patty has revealed that her work as a school crossing guard is worth every minute of her time at her job since she spreads happiness to everyone around her.
