In our country, even before the Covid-19 and now only stray cats, they stroll. Other animals do not walk other than free birds.
There are indeed many stray cats. In my country we have many stray dogs.
Food for thought, we don’t have any native animals in NZ except for birds and marine life and insects or plants.

I totally agree. We are the invaders. Animals just want to survive. They do not have malice or revenge or other dark human emotions. But some of them are not exempt to covid as a small amount of pets and wild animals have contracted it but in their case it is mostly related to the gastrointestinal intestinal tract with diarrhea. I hope you are doing well in your corner of the world. Stay isolated and stay safe…
Yes, only few animals have contracted the disease especially cats are vulnerable. Health organizations such as CDC says there is no evidence pets can infect humans with COVID-19.
