The story goes that sunflowers always follow the sunlight. Wouldn’t it be great if we could simply remember, no matter what we could lift our heads and follow the sun. It is a great plan. So lets stand up and follow the sun. Every time you see sunflower, stop and think, am I following the sun or stuck someplace dreary!

Happiness doesn’t happen, you have to create it. So do your best to make happiness a choice and like the sunflower look for the light. Where there is light you will find joy. On the darkest of nights just find one star.
Nature has much to teach us.
