Today, many people love to practice yoga. But did you ever see AcroYoga? It’s like the still yoga poses done together by two people. But they are always moving very slowly, as if in a dance. There is a beautiful intimacy of two people moving this way together, one supporting the other’s balancing poses. It takes a great deal of strength and trust to do such a thing.

Sometimes the AcroYoga can be done by three or more people. Here is an example for you.

Check out this video to see what AcroYoga looks like in motion. It’s so beautiful! I feel at peace, just looking at this couple in their slow dance through the positions.

    • I had done yoga for many years and never seen or heard of anything quite like this. I did see partner yoga, but not with one person perched upon the other like this. It’s very beautiful, don’t you think Brenda?

    • You have to be very fit to do this kind of yoga at the level they are showing in the video. But I watched some beginner videos too, and the early poses for two people seem to be easy enough for anyone who is reasonably fit. Of course, you can’t have any issues about balance or fear of heights!
