Since starting therapy for finding my Inner Child, I have learned a lot about letting go and letting my Higher Power take control of my life. It’s been a long journey through life for me and I am finally getting to know myself inside and out. I am so incredibly blessed to be here and for having such an amazing life in recovery. I have been through a lot and have finally broken through to the brighter side of life. It’s so amazing that I have let my Higher Power be my guide. To teach, guide, and protect me!!
I am working on this as well: trying to let go and trust. I too am on a spiritual journey!
