So my goal was pretty straight forward “And I am going to get my 10,000 steps with a smile, work with a grateful attitude, smile with intent, appreciate all I have and feel and share joy.”
It turned out to be a very mixed up day! I survived it even though my sleep patterns were way off and things were not smooth. I kept my spirits up. I experienced joy. I was hopeful and happy. Nothing is ever truly perfect and still is was a good day. I will take it as a win.

Even if there is a dark corner, there are many to hand you a flashlight and stay with you until the sunlight comes back.
I’ve been oddly cheerful in the last few days, having about your same attitude.
I started having a spiritual/religious approach towards events in life, but who knows, perhaps your posts somehow inspired my subconscious into acting this way. ?
I’m kind of afraid it is a mild bipolar disorder and a moment of depression lurks in a corner, but who cares, I’m enjoying the cheerful days right now.
