Another week has begun (it feels like a Monday, even though it is Tuesday). Eli went back to school this morning after a three day break (he does not go on Mondays). He st arts at 8 in the morning, so we have to wake up around 7 to get him ready. So far he’s doing pretty well in preschool.
My mom and I went to his school and had lunch with him today; they had fish sticks.
So much for sticking to low carb eating….
My husband and I are going out tonight for a special dinner,
I will get back on my low carb plan after that. I don’t know if eating low carb necessarily brings weight loss (although it might if I add consistent work outs) but it does bring my blood sugars into normal readings. I woke up this morning with a blood sugar of 82; that’s amazing!
Besides that, not a lot is going on here. I just thought I would post an update!
