I have embarked on a new way of eating. It is called KETO. It is about limiting carbohydrates. There are some great recipes out there, to help satisfy the mind and body. There is more than one Keto app. with many great recipes. I modify the ones I like, with the ingredients that I have on hand. I will be posting my daily Keto foods, and I hope you will try some of them.
