Indispensable Tom

Tom had three kids..Lovely boy & two beautiful girls..Tom was hardworking & loyal to his wife..

Two years ago things became though on Tom financially. He had to sell his cars & work overtime Tom worked & worked and then he met a business man online.

Tom shared his experience to the man told him he is a computer Guru & he’s also hardworking. The man arranged to meet with tom ..

Tom started working for the man & in two years Tom became more successful than he ever was..

Tom bought several cars for his wife He was happy but he failed to see that his family wasn’t.

Tom’s wife would call him when he was at work and she would ask Tom what he would like to eat..

Tom would say,  he’d like Mac & cheese.

His wife would happily prepare it with a bottle of fine wine & then patiently wait for her husband

8pm / 9pm / 12am..Tom isn’t back from work..

The wife would sadly go to bed alone..

4 am Tom is back from work..

Didn’t bother to see the kids Or his wife sleeping on the couch Tom would go to the rest room to sleep..

6 am Tom is awake Didn’t bother to greet his wife or the kids..Tom would secretly take his bath and then head back to work..

When at work, Tom received a call from one of his kids..

“Daddy” I’m having a presentation in school today please come and see me play.

Tom would say to his son..”I wouldn’t miss it for the world”

When it was time for the kid to perform on stage he looked out to the crowd to find his dad..

Behold, his dad wasn’t in the crowd He’s been lied to again..

He miss his dad..The work is taking all of his time..

Tom came home one day & told his wife”I’ve come up with a new system that would set us for life “We would never be poor again.

His wife said to him..”Tom we’re already rich..We don’t want any more money

“All we want is you..

I miss you..

The kids miss you..We all miss you Tom..

Tom told his wife after this job you’ll see me all the time.. Don’t worry..

Two weeks later Tom started traveling out of the country. He would come home once in a week..He would call the kids twice in a week.

6 months later Tom would come home once in 5 months he doesn’t call his kids he hardly call his wife..

And then the unspeakable happens.

Tom is gravely sick..The wife & kids came to visit him in the hospital tom was sad..

The sickness is getting the best of me he said..

Tears dripping..*Sobbing”

I’m sorry..All I ever wanted was what’s best for the family..I didn’t know I have it all already..I’m sorry…If only I could get a second chance..

If,  if,  if..

Tom passed away that day..

The next day the office employed someone else to replace him..

MORALS: NOBODY IS  INDISPENSABLE.

EVERYONE HAS A REPLACEMENT..
