My closest friends went into acting. From High School Plays to hanging around movie sets, they were totally into the drama world.
After some years, they were on this soap opera and invited me to join them. As I wasn’t doing much, I agreed.
They had me register, pay dues, and other required legalities to allow me to be an ‘extra’ on the show. I didn’t mind being in the background. I hadn’t a clue what I was doing, I just needed the money.
The pay was good.
I didn’t do anything except stand there or walk over there, or dance in the background.
They brought me in after the fourth episode in the First Season and I appeared in the remaining twenty just being environment..
