These two quotes have a lot to do with changes. The first quote translates to: Big changes always come with a big shaking. It isn’t the end of the world; it is the beginning of a new one.”
The second quote translates to: “One day, you will wake up at 11:30 am, it will be Sunday and you will be with the love of your life. You will make some coffee, and all will be well.”
Sometimes we think that the end of something big means the end of everything, of our whole life. But what we don’t realize, is what shakes up our world, is making way for a new life, a new beginning. When our world changes, most of us feel rattled, and just want things to go back to the way they were.
What we don’t realize often times, is that we want things to go back to the way they were only because we got used to it, not because it was actually the best thing for us. Our best life isn’t always going to be familiar or mundane. Our best life often arrives, after the worst time of our lives. Most people hate change. We need to learn to embrace it. We need to learn that it is only in this change, that we actually have a chance for a much better life.
Sometimes it can be hard to imagine, but before we know it, we will be in our new life, feeling happy, content, and joyful beyond our wildest fantasies. We just need to hold on until we can get to that place.
So no matter what people say about you behind your back, every chance they get, no matter how individuals seek to humiliate you, to drop you down to their mediocre level, just remember that you deserve so much more, and soon, you will be leaving them in the dust to admire all the chaos they created themselves. They don’t have the right to complain when it rains, when they are the only ones who created the storm.
