As I began to explore & learn more about the paranormal world Jude introduced me to ” Astral Projection”, a way for the spirit to travel outside of the body & return. She said that most people experience this from time to time in dreams & often is often described by survivors of “near death” experiences. I was taught a series of mental exercises involving visualization & guided imagery. Did my soul actually leave my body & visit friends & far off places? I don’t know. At the time it all seemed pretty real & natural.
I find this subject very interesting.
