And Comes The Fourth Generation – 115

Ann South tried to be active, useful, committed, alert, every possible positive trait.

She made numerous complaints, whether about a leaky pipe, a rat in the ceiling, a fan that didn’t work, a fence that had fallen down,  it took ‘forever’  for a response.  If there was a response.

As bad as the slow response, whomever the Board dispatched, whether a  so called plumber, exterminator or repair man, proved to be incompetent.

Every work man used by the Board was aware it was made up of pompous insulting fools who were more  focused on posturing than actual performance, so ripped them off without compunction.
