During this pandemic, there have been times where we have all been afraid because we are all experiencing something that we have never experienced before in our lifetimes. However, staying in that fear is something that should not be done because over-analysis causes paralysis.
The thing that we should all be doing is to find help during these times. If you need help, then tell someone that you need help. Do not allow for isolation to influence into making rash decisions during this scary time. Make the proper moves necessary during this crisis so that you will be able to defeat your opposition.
