  • Cut cherry tomatoes in 1/2, 1/4, and 1/8 pieces. Add sugar, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and a teaspoon of smoked paprika.
  • Peel ginger and place in a ziplock bag. But put in the freezer when not in use so that it doesn’t get moldy.
  • Apple, lemon, tomato, and strawberry have a lot of pectins, which are perfect for making lemon scone with strawberry jam.
  • You can also do your own pickling with these basic tips.
