How to Make Homemade Soft Scrub

I have an enamel sink in my kitchen and bathroom, so using an abrasive cleanser is not an option for me. However, Soft Scrub is kind of pricey, in my opinion, so I decided to make my own. It wasn’t that tough, but initially it did cost a bit of money, however, most of the ingredients you use so little of, the bottles you buy will last for a very long time.

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup baking soda
  • 5 drops tea tree oil
  • 5 drops of lemon,or orange oil (optional)
  • Castile soap

Mix all the ingredients except Castile soap.

Add the Castile soap a few drops at a time until the proper consistency is reached for soft scrub paste.

Can be saved in a jar for use later, it should never spoil. An airtight container is best.

  1. I read a tip the other day that said you should put table salt in your regular shampoo to get smooth hair. Do you think that’s true? I know that sometimes strange things actually do work. (O.o)
