What Is For Lunch "Vine Sarmies" –

An interesting challenge is invented by an alib. Everyone in the site will know who ate. Whether we eat healthy. Hahaha. I offer to your attention a favorite dish with the recipe. Enjoy your meal.

Products:

for 4 servings

1 link vine leaves

1/2 kg of mince

1 hrs. rice

1 carrot

1/2 onion

1 hrs. water

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. celery

4 tablespoons oil

Recipe:

Prepare the stuffing first by frying the onion (1/2 head) into a little oil until it becomes golden. Add shredded carrot (1 pc) and it is also cooked for a few minutes. Then add the mince (1/2 kg) and rub with a fork until it is split into small pieces.

After 3-4 minutes add rice (1 h) and water and season with salt and dried celery. The hob is reduced and the water is taken from the rice. Once the water is taken up, the stuffing is removed from the hotplate to cool.

During this time the vine leaves are blanched (1 connection) – immerse themselves briefly in hot salted water.

Place 1 tablespoon of filling in each sheet and turn sarma. Sarmis are stacked in a pan, poured with a glass of water and add 2-3 tablespoons of oil. Bake for about 30-40 minutes in the oven until the water evaporates.

Traditionally, they are served with yogurt.
