I made this myself this afternoon and shared it with my mum while we watch TV together. I thought it would be easy – just popping some dried corn and then stirring it in caramel. But I burnt 2 batches before I get these. So actually the heat is really important…
The caramel turned out slightly easier to make than the popcorns … but it doesn’t taste like what I ate at the cinema… So I am a little disappointed but oh well, at least it’s still very tasty!!
I like burned popcorn too! Now I am not the only one. However, I do not like burned caramel. So I will have to burn the popcorn first and add the caramel…or not.
LOL!! I guess no one likes burnt caramel… can’t imagine the taste… euucks!!

I love popcorns and they are very healthy when made without butter.
Yes, that is true…but they taste kind of plain so I added some caramel (which is not healthy)
oops…
I think butter is healthy as long as it is real butter, but a little caramel now and then will not hurt us!
