We should try to adapt healthy habits which are considered good for our physical well-being. Needless to say those good habits help us live a healthy life. I am myself in some of these habits and I love drinking couple of cup of coffee every day.
People and health experts say so many things about habits and bad habits but what is your opinion about below mentioned statements-

Coffee is good for various health related problems.
Probably we all have certain habits which should not be there in the first place.

Do you think there is a line in between moderation and consumption in excess?
Do you believe coffee may fight type 2 diabetes, Parkinson’s disease, dementia, heart rhythm problems, and strokes?

I drink coffee,I smoke cigarettes…alcohol is not … rarely a liquor…cigarettes are harmful, but I still use them
If some one knows that then that will solve lots of health related issues but as they say we become slave of our habits 🙂
I like an occasional glass of wine or an apératif or digestif. I do not much care for the sweet soft drinks, but I like club soda. And I do love coffee!
I do not smoke personally but I think it’s the same as with alcohol or rich foods: there is a need for moderation. The aboriginal peoples of North America smoked tobacco, but not like today. It was a sacred herb to them and used intentionally. It is a martial herb which acts as a stimulant and could incite bravery before going to war. This is not a substance to consume many times a day, casually.It is not treated with respect in our days.
I try to force myself to drinking one cup of coffee per day…bullet coffee with coconut oil…it is good for us…so there…I do not drink any soft drinks as they are bad…but I do like wine occasionally 🙂
Coffee with coconut oil is a new concept for me though!
i smoke but do know, its waay bad for you…i do not drink alcohol
Yes i think there is a line in between moderation and consumption in excess……as a nurse i work on thouse lines…
I do belive coffee is good for you, but again in moderation…. in my case i drink some what, to mutch. i do always drink coffee before workout AS it boost your metabolism
we often start habits, as we are lacking controll, its a survive mecanism

I know coffee is helpful to my family because without it in the morning I am a horrible person. Lol
Thank you, mine is tea first thing in the morning but I take 3 cups of coffee in a day!
