vegetable oatmeal(Daliya)

Here is another dish from our catalouge but with indian twist or I have to say “tadka” in Indian language. Basically young generation don’t like oatmeals in our country, So me too don’t like Daliya. This daliya is spicy and made of lots of vegetables. These vegetable make this oatmeal more healthy and tasty.

      you need vegetables,washed oatmeal and lil oil then add oil in pressure cooker heat up oil then add cumin seeds on low flame, and when start spluttering then add onion saute the onion till they changed in golden brown then add chopped tomatoes and then salt according to taste,red chillipowder and turmeric powder and slit green chilly 2-3. Then add all chopped vegetables like potato, cauliflower, carrot or any veggies which you like. And then add 3-4 glass water. mix them and closed the cooker and wait till 23 whistle.
