Last night I made cakes that are called “Vanilice” They are prepared with flour, pork fat, eggs, sugar, and nuts if you want… Vanilla sugar, and lemon juice are added. Instead of pig fat, you can add butter, but for me, these cakes are so good just because of the same fat. In the video you can see how these cakes are prepared. I fill them with a home-made plum jam. After the fill, they are put into powdered sugar. The best ones are for the meal the next day. The cakes are very tasty, and I recommend that you try them, and share with us your impressions.
