My first pizza in Italy. It was a small pizzeria in Trieste. The pizza was a very popular specialty called Regina. It was amazingly delicious. The Italians sure know how to cook their #1 dish !
So, whenever you go to Italy, make sure to try one of those pizzas, because they are delicious as hell.

The best pizza I have eaten are made by mom and pop shops in Montreal Canada in 1976 during the Summer Olympics. The restaurant is called The Esplanade.
