I was working on my documents for transfer. There were so many professionals transacting at Professional Regulation Commission. I started at 8 am and at 12 noon I was not done yet. So I took my lunch at Biggs Diner. The Salisbury Steak, I ordered was so delicious. I ate it with gusto for I was so hungry. And I enjoyed the food so much.
What I like in Biggs are their displays of vintage items.
