Sarma is a dish of minced or copped meat end usually rice.
What is needed for this dish:
Leaf of grape vine 20 pieces
Onion 1 piece
Minced meat 500 gr.
Salt ,pepper and red pepper
How to prepare:
1: 5 minutes to cook leaves.
2: Cut the onions and fry a little on the oil.
3: Add minced meat, salt, pepper, red pepper. Fry the meat for a few minutes
4: Add Rice
5: Cook for a few minutes and remove the pan from the stove.
6: On each leaf of vines put the meat, wrap the sarma and put in a pot.
7: Cook at 150 degrees 1h.
8: This dish is eaten with sour milk.
