Today, after the 5-mile walking group meetup, I decided to come home and make my own snack. I wasn’t in the mood for eating frozen yogurt with the group. So, I came home, changed into my robe and slippers, and ate a bowl of plain popcorn. Then, I made my icy slushy drink, which included Superfood smoothie mix with two tablespoons of white mulberries, one cup of water and ice cubes in a blender. It is tasty. It tasted similar to the raw chocolate drink in the above picture, which I bought at a raw vegan restaurant.
This icy slushy smoothie drink is a perfect drink for summertime because it is cold, icy, slushy, raw, natural, and healthy.
