Today, I want to show you how you can prepare this delicious recipe. It’s not at all difficult and it won’t take much of your precious time.
Here are the ingredients that you will need:
- 600 g of clean and sliced rape, or in colitas.
- 2 tablespoons flour to flour the fish
- 250 gr of asparagus from Navarra canned
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- 3 garlic,
- a bunch of fresh parsley,
- 200 ml of good quality white wine
- ground black pepper,
- extra virgin olive oil
Dry all the pieces of fish with absorbent paper of kitchen (it is important that it is well dried). Then add salt.
Cover the bottom of a frying pan with extra virgin olive to fry the fish. It is not necessary that it is completely cooked, once it begins to toast remove it.
Peel and chop the garlic and fry in the same oil as the fish, once it starts to give off a pleasant smell add the chopped parsley and then add the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate for a minute.
Add the fish and let it finish doing and impregne of the sauce, for only a couple of minutes or else the fish will become dry and rubbery.
After this, remove it from the fire and add the asparagus of Navarre cut in two or three pieces, depends on its size and also hard eggs peeled and cut into segments. Cover and let it reserve a couple more minutes and then serve immediately.
