Finger food served at stand-up cocktails have not only got to be easy-to-eat but also look pretty to the eyes… I was roped in to help prepare these for a friend doing a catering job some time ago.
Ham wrapped asparagus look inviting as the contrasting colours work well together and they are also a tasty mouthful. They may entail a little extra work to put together but are a welcome favourite with most guests!
