Prepare fish delicious cutlets – Recipe

Fish is the special food of winter, which is eaten in different ways. Fish not only provide nutrients to all the body’s needs in the winter season, but also protects from different diseases. There for today we are telling you how to make fish delicious cutlets.

Components :

Fish Flay – Half kg

Salt: custom taste

Pepper:  3 Piece 

Boild Eddoe – 1 Piece 

Egg: 2 Piece 

Garlic – 3 Piece 

 Ginger: A half inch piece

Green Pepper: 1 Piece

Leaf juice: 1 meal spoon

Onions: 1 Piece 

Coriander -Cut in small pieces

Bread crumbs – Custom taste

Oil for Fry.

Method :- Put all these in a cookware, Fish Flay, salt, pepper and little water to cook, once water dry in cookware then remove it,  Now take out the pepper pieces from it. Now crush the fish with a help of spoon. Now mix well with potatoes, eggs, garlic, ginger, green pepper, lime juice, onions, salt and Coriander and then  make round and chopped  cutlets from this mixture. Now one by one, immerse every cutlets in a mixture of  eggs with bread crumbs.

Now shallow fry until it get brown and crispy.  Now your delicious cutlets is ready and enjoy.
