I continue on my Youtube research tour, seeking interesting soup recipes. I decided to check out this potato recipe.
4-5 small chopped potatoes, or 2 large chopped potatoes
1 cup of grated carrots
4 tablespoons of real butter or vegan butter.
2 cups of milk
2 cups of water
Teaspoon of black pepper
Teaspoon of salt
Add butter and chopped onion into part until browned. Add chopped carrots and potatoes. Add 1 cup of water. Stir well. Then, cover pot. Simmer for 45 minutes on low heat. Stir well. Add salt and pepper. 1 cup of milk. Stir well. (if not thick enough, then mash some of the potatoes but not all).
MSG ingredients cause a lot of headaches and unwanted weight gain.
