Potato and Mushroom Bake

Ingredients

4 cups of cubed boiled potatoes

225 gr. of chopped bacon

1 cup of milk

1 tbs of flour

Salt/pepper

2 cups of sliced mushrooms

1 chopped onion

3 cloves of crushed garlic

1 egg

Preparation

Chop up lean bacon and sauté along with the onion, garlic, and sliced mushrooms about 10 minutes. Add cubed potatoes and mix up well. Put the mixture into a baking pan. Mix the cup of milk with the flour and add one beaten egg. Pour this over the potato mixture in the baking pan and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

*If you are a cheese lover you can sprinkle shredded cheddar or Swiss cheese over the top after this is ready and pop it back in the hot oven until the cheese melts.
