Orzotto, barley porridge with prawns

Fast, and easy dish, of fantastic taste, in which you prepare meals with barley porridge, prawns, and mushrooms, instead of rice. Barley can be used in various ways, and for various meals; from breakfast as an addition to fruit, as porridge, or like this, with vegetables. It has a low glycemic index, so it can be used by all groups of people, many minerals, fibers … it is easily digestible, and it balances the intestinal microflora.  Excellent, healthy, tasty. Good appetite.
