No-Bake Valentine’s Day Dessert (Plant-Based / Vegan Recipe)

I just made these yummy heart-shaped coconut desserts. Some people call them vegan cheesecakes. The recipe is very similar to my coconut mango tart recipe, but I used cherries instead of mango, and I didn’t add cocoa powder to the crust. Of course, you can use any fruit you like to make them, or you can make them with cocoa powder, carob powder, matcha, instant coffee or any other flavour. Don’t forget to tell me which your favorite flavor is. 🙂

I just think that cherries give them a lovely pink color and make them perfect for Valentine’s day.

What’s more, you can freeze them and serve them like mini ice cream cakes.

I decorated my cheesecakes with homemade cherry agar-agar gummies. This recipe is plant-based / vegan too, I just posted it on my blog.

Check out my blog for more Valentine’s Day Dessert ideas.

  1. I’m a brand new vegan and still looking for interesting and tasty things to make. I started this journey as a 30 day challenge at the beginning of January and I love it. I’m continuing. Thanks.
    Blessings,

    • You can see the recipe in the first link. The only difference is that I used cherries instead of mango and I didn’t add cocoa powder to the crust. I used heart-shaped mold to make the dessert more suitable for Valentine’s Day.
