Meatballs in sauce

Peas is great to eat. Contains vitamins A, B, B2 , B6 and C. That’s why we should eat it often. Especially important for developing children.

This dish is delicious, easy and quick to prepare.

Ingredients for 4 people:

  • 450 grams of ground meat,
  • 70 gr. bread crumb,
  • 2 dl tomato sauce,
  • 8 potatoes cut into cubes,
  • 300 g of frozen peas,
  • 1 egg,
  • 5 dl beef soup,
  • 4 tablespoons of oil,
  • salt,
  • pepper
  • and 1 spoon of dried spices.

Mix the meat with bread crumb, dried spices, egg, salt and  pepper.  Make 16 balls. Fry on oil 3-5 min. Add to the frying pan tomato sauce, potatoes, peas and beef soup. Add salt and pepper. Put the cover. Cook at 150 degrees 30 min.

  1. I thought this dish was typical only for the Balkans. I was surprised when I found it preserved here in Spain. You can buy it from 1 euro to 1.50 euros.
