Low-Carb Dessert Recipes

In my quiz where I asked you about dieting, I noticed that a few people follow the low-carb diet.

Here are a few dessert ideas from my blog that are lower in carbohydrates. Tell me which one do you like the most, and feel free to share your own favorite recipes.

You can make adjustments to make the recipes according to your preferences and needs. You can also use any nut butter and sweetener of your choice.

These bounty bars are delicious and suitable for a vegan, raw, paleo and keto diet. They are packed with healthy fat and lots of minerals like manganese, copper, zinc, iron, magnesium and potassium, and require only 5 ingredients in total.

#2 3-Ingredient Cookies

These 3-ingredient paleo cookies are delicious and very easy to make. The three ingredients you need are: tahini (or another nut butter), eggs and sweetener of your choice. Optionally, you can add some cocoa powder, nuts or dried fruit.
