Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Hearts

Earlier this month one of my favorite Keto Youtube couples made a recipe for a Keto chocolate bar.  I have been practicing making it so it tastes good and I finally found the amounts that work for me.

I’ll link to their recipe below, but these are the ingredients I use….

28 grams cocoa butter28 grams coconut oil10 grams unsweetened cocoa powder (they use a bakers chocolate bar)1 tsp vanilla extract1/4 tsp pink salt1.5 tablespoon swerve (erythritol)a few squeezes of liquid stevia

I melt the coconut oil with the other ingredients except for the cocoa butter.  After they are all mixed well then I add the cocoa butter.  Sometimes it needs 20-30 more seconds with the cocoa butter.

After that I pour in a mold (been using hearts) and set in the fridge for 2 or 3 hours.

This time I used 2 tablespoons of peanut butter with a little swerve sweetener in the middle to make it like a reece’s peanut butter cup.
