By no means do I know it all, although I try  but what I do know is food and how to cook. I can cook for most people with special diets. Whether diabetic or high blood pressure.

I will share another quick and easy meal that is low carb and diabetic friendly.

Turkey Burgers With Mushrooms, this is so simple!

You will need :

Ground Turkey

Brown gravy packet

Small can of Mushrooms

Cook your turkey burger well done. Remove from skillet.

In the same skillet, empty the packet of brown gravy and add one cup of water, cook over medium heat till thick.

Drain the can of mushrooms and put them in the brown gravy mix, stir.

Plate up with your turkey burger on bottom and spoon the brown gravy with mushrooms over the top.

Serving suggestion : Green beans with butter as a side.

Total carb count : 

Turkey burger – 0 carbs

Mushrooms – 3 carbs per can (per can! that`s not even 1 carb when making 4 burgers!)

Brown gravy mix – 3 carbs per serving ( 4 per pack)

Now that is fast and low carb cooking, you miss nothing.
