Lentil Lasagna

The meal we ate yesterday. 

Lentils fried with onion and moroccan seasoning and garlic. I used Lasagna sheets in a baking dish. Put tomato sauce on it and then cheese sauce, then my lentil mixture. Covered it with more lasagna, tomato sauce and cheese sauce. Then a little grated cheese.

Baked it for 15 mins in the oven. I used a packet cheese sauce and frozen veg. Then I made a courgette into spaghetti. I put fresh basil with the veg and little garlic butter. 

Although I sometimes use recipes as a guide, my cooking is made up on the spot and I used tinned lentils drained.
