Most of us enjoy while eating pies with apples. Even if this cake serves us while our eyes are closed, we would know that it is exactly that pie, because the scent that spreads around the cake is remembered. Why is it called “Lazy Pie” .. nobody knows exactly.
Some think that the recipe is made by a lazy housewife. She hated to knead thin piecrust, because this job requires a lot of time and skills, but make two thick piecrust, between put the scraped apples and – here’s the pie! For me this pie will be beautiful and tasty and not so easy to prepare. But after a little effort, you get a delicious and aromatic delicacy which melts in the mouth.
