This is my take away from the supermarket, New Zealand Regal Smoked Salmon and I brought a salad plus cucumber and I already had pineapple. It was really delicious. I cut up some red capsicum but not too much.
I have come down with the 100 day coughing virus, its very nasty and went to the Dr and he told me I was short of breath and I almost have pneumonia. My husband Warwick had it and had to go to Auckland Hospital and is still there. He is improving.
This virus takes a while to get over so the Dr gave me anti- biotics…
I hope you both continue to feel better and your husband comes home.
Yes, well we live in a rental which needs a lot of attention….I am slowly recovering, I almost have pneumonia but have done what I can when I can. Thanks Carol

Salad looks delicous. I also prepare salads.
Salads are great if prepared nicely….I don’t have good memories of salads because people did not wash it properly from the garden
