  2. WOW, I think you even missed some. Latest craze here in Latvia is expensive three colored pasta. Usually regular pasta along with carrot and spinach pasta. I love making pasta so my method is grabbing whatever is on sale no matter what shape or size and adding sauce and I am happy. My latest favorite is fettuccini.
