Isabel De Los Rios is the author for the “Beyond Diet’ series. I will be fixing some of her recipes from her books. I will alter the recipes to fix my pantry. That is the great thing about recipes, if you do not have every ingredient, then just use what you have on hand, or can afford to buy. Her recipes will still turn out great, because you made it.
Isable De Los Rios talks about how she was once overweight, and how she conquered her weight challenges. it is really all about healthy choices.
The book series is inspiring. I have most of her books, but not all of them. I have the soup book, the salad one, and dessert one. I also have one that talks about her plan fo helping people lose weight and why.
